The internship will primarily involve Civil, Commercial, and Arbitration matters, along with some NGT work. Candidates will be expected to take active involvement in drafting, research, and other aspects of day-to-day litigation.
1) Assist with drafting.
2) Conduct legal research.
3) Participate in day-to-day litigation work.
4) Work on Civil, Commercial, Arbitration, and some NGT matters.
1) Genuine interest in litigation.
2) Experience in civil or commercial matters is preferred.
3) Experience with the Original Side of the Delhi High Court is preferred.
4) Familiarity with AI tools.
5) Ability to independently recheck information provided by AI tools.
