LCMA Law Firm is offering a one-month offline training internship at its Zirakpur office. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to the functioning of a law firm and develop core legal skills through research, drafting, litigation-related work and active participation in ongoing matters.
Interns will primarily receive exposure to:
1) Legal Research
2) Legal Drafting
3) Advocacy and Litigation
4) Criminal Litigation
5) Civil Litigation
6) Matrimonial Matters
7) Mediation
8) Legal Writing and Case Analysis
9) Assisting with ongoing legal matters and office work
10) Other practical aspects of legal practice
This is a skill-oriented training opportunity. Interns will be expected to actively participate in assigned work and demonstrate discipline, commitment and willingness to learn.
1) Students pursuing a 3-Year LL.B. or 5-Year Integrated Law Programme may apply.
2) Law students from any year are eligible.
3) Candidates should have a genuine interest in litigation and practical legal work.
4) Candidates must be able to attend the Zirakpur office for the complete internship period.
5) Candidates must be available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
6) Candidates should be hardworking, disciplined and willing to learn.
